Course information

The course is designed to be taken anywhere from 12 weeks of pregnancy up until your due date. There is always time to start preparing.

I offer both face to face or online sessions with flexible timings to fit around you. The course includes 4 x 2.5 hour sessions (total of 10 hours teaching) or a shorter intensive course if your coming closer to your due date. 

Alongside the teaching hours you will receive:

- The Wise Hippo manual 

- Access to The Wise Hippo online video library 

- Hypnobirthing MP3s

- Access to the online Wise Hippo Facebook Hub  

  I also can offer tailored courses to those considering induction of labour or abdominal birth.

 For the most personalised experience I offer the full course in the comfort of your own home. This allows deeper relaxation and the ability to tailor sessions to your needs.

 If you need tailored support I can now support you with a deep dive into the evidence. Whether you are facing induction or a medical complication, I can help to present the evidence to you in a way to assist your decision making.  

1 hour either face to face or online to assist with your choices regarding birth.

Taught in Guildford or online. They say it takes a village to raise a child and antenatal classes can be the perfect opportunity to find yours.
